What you can and cannot do on RSPS List, and what we are responsible for. Short version: this is an independent educational platform with no affiliation to Jagex Ltd.

These terms cover how you use RSPS List. By browsing the site, voting, or listing a server you are agreeing to everything below. RSPS List is an independent toplist and educational resource. We are not affiliated with Jagex Ltd. or RuneScape, and we do not promote, encourage, support, or facilitate the hosting of RuneScape private servers in any way.
01Accepting these terms
When you access or use RSPS List (the “Platform”), these Terms of Service apply. If any part does not sit right with you, stop using the Platform.
02Age requirement
You must be 18 or older to use the Platform. By using it, you confirm you meet that requirement.
03What RSPS List is for
RSPS List exists for education, research, and community discussion, nothing more. We do not hand out tools, files, instructions, or support for hosting a RuneScape private server. We are firmly against running an RSPS, modifying Jagex’s intellectual property, or distributing proprietary game files.
04No affiliation with Jagex or RuneScape
- RSPS List is not affiliated with Jagex Ltd. or RuneScape.
- All RuneScape-related intellectual property belongs to Jagex Ltd.
- Everything here is analysis, research, and educational commentary only.
05What you cannot do here
You agree not to use RSPS List to:
- Host, distribute, or operate any RuneScape private server
- Share or promote server files, cache dumps, or Jagex-owned assets
- Cheat, bot, exploit, or bypass game systems
- Violate Jagex policies or intellectual property rights
- Do anything illegal, harmful, or abusive
06Educational disclaimer
- RSPS List provides general information and educational content only.
- Nothing here should be read as encouraging the hosting or distribution of RuneScape private servers.
- Understanding and following the relevant laws and game policies is your responsibility.
07No liability
- RSPS List is provided "as is", with no warranties.
- We are not responsible for actions you take based on information from the Platform.
- We disclaim liability for bans, damages, losses, or legal issues arising from misuse of RSPS List.
08Third-party links
We sometimes link to external resources for context. We do not control their content, policies, or security, so we cannot answer for them.
09Account termination
We can suspend or terminate any account that breaks these terms, especially accounts involved in hosting, distributing, or promoting RuneScape private servers.
10Legal disclaimer
- RSPS List is an independent educational resource.
- We do not endorse or support hosting RSPS servers.
- You are responsible for your own actions, decisions, and compliance with the law.
- RSPS List disclaims all responsibility for consequences tied to misuse of the Platform.

We may update these terms at any time without notice. If you keep using the Platform after a change, that counts as accepting the new version.
